I’m a proud Summer baby, but something about this Autumn has been so cozy and healing for me. I’ve been spending a lot of time in nature and I’ve been prioritising myself more than ever with yoga, walking and seeing my friends. Layering up in this colder weather has been weirdly comforting. Maybe like the leaves, I’m changing? (lol) Here are some favourites from the month.

INTERMEZZO BY SALLY ROONEY
Like many people, I was super excited to get my hands on Sally Rooney’s new novel in October. Not to judge a book by its cover… but it’s a good one. I’m a sucker for a good design and font! Set in Dublin, the book is based on two brothers and their messy love lives. I have a couple of chapters left and I have really enjoyed it!
BYREDO EYES CLOSED
I’ve been reaching for this perfume a lot in October - it’s one of my all time favourites. I think something about the cinnamon and cardamon notes feels particularly warm and comforting in the autumn!
Top notes: Cardamon, cinnamon
Middle notes: Carrot, ginger, orris butter
Base notes: Papyrus, patchouli
SHREDDY SUPERGREENS
As you know, I’ve been trying to get back on top of my health and wellness recently and Shreddy Supergreens have become part of my morning ritual. It’s one of the only vitamin powders that I’ve tried that actually tastes nice. Dissolved in water, it has a refreshing pineapple and mango flavour and supports energy, metabolism, gut health and more.
MEDIK8 ULTIMATE RECOVERY MASK
These masks are good...like…really good. The Medik8 Ultimate Recovery masks are full of ingredients that intensely soothe, nourish and hydrate your skin. My face has been feeling a little dry and irritated in the colder weather and these masks have been a saviour.
TATA HARPER ELIXR VITAE SERUM
Another skincare rec! She’s a pricey one but she works. The Tata Harper Elixr Vitae serum contains 72 (!) high performance ingredients that target signs of ageing and keeps your skin looking full and youthful. I massage a couple of pumps into my skin morning and night.
GANNI PUFFER COAT
This GANNI puffer is so cute! I’m obsessed with the bow-tied belt around the middle. It’s made from organic cotton, it’s warm, it’s has a waterproof, seersucker outer shell and it’s chic - what’s not to love?
DAISY X ESTÉE LALONDE RING
Still not over my Pear Sapphire Ring from my latest Fine collection with Daisy. Eight pear cut stones set on a 14ct solid gold band - everyday luxury at its finest! The white sapphires are lab grown, so they’re a bit more affordable but look as luxe as diamonds. Win, win!
1999 BEAUTY CREAM HIGHLIGHT STICK
Absolutely obsessed with 1999 at the moment. Their cream blushes, bronzers and highlighters are a-m-a-z-i-n-g. Right now, I’m loving the highlight stick in shade Perla. It’s the kind of radiant highlighter that doesn’t give you sparkle, but more of a dewy glow. And you know I’m all about a good glow…
SATURN RETURNS PODCAST FT COCO MELLORS
Caggie Dunlop’s Saturn Returns podcast is back for a new season! Each week she brings on a new guest for a thought-provoking conversation. She recently spoke with Coco Mellors (I love her writing) and it was such an amazing episode that was vulnerable funny and insightful all at the same time.
