I can’t survive without these incredible Period Patches by my friend, Ross J Barr. I don’t know how he does it! These patches are designed to be placed over acupuncture points on your lower back and the warmth from the herb oils radiates through to help soothe cramps - genius.

2. Love Bite by New Theory Wine

If you know me, you know I love good red wine. This gorgeous South African Cinsault by New Theory is delicious and best served chilled! *chefs kiss*

Running errands, early morning dog walks with Effie and everything in between - this new oversized padded gilet from Adanola is my new go-to as the weather starts to cool down.

Another Adanola piece! The ultimate comfortable and sleek brand with no sign of slowing down - I’m just obsessed with what they do. Their oversized varsity sweatshirts are perfect - I love the midnight blue colour way.

5. Fine Flow Diamond Ring

I’m biased but my new Fine collection with Daisy London is just heaven - 14 ct gold, lab grown diamonds and sapphires. Ugh, drool! We took our bestselling Flow Ring from a previous collection, and redesigned it in solid gold and added a diamond - perfect on its own or stacked! I’ve also been wearing my diamond T-bar necklace non-stop.

6. Chanel Rouge Coco Flash Lipstick

I am loving Chanel Rouge Coco Flash in shade Boy right now. It’s easy to apply, super hydrating with a glossy, oil-like finish - 10/10 no notes!

7. All Fours by Miranda July

I’ve been reading All Fours by Miranda July on my Kindle this month and am really enjoying it! “From the acclaimed author of The First Bad Man comes a wry, intimate portrait of female reinvention, as a 45-year-old woman begins a new life in a nondescript American motel.”  - Waterstones. 8. Lays Tzatziki chips
