THE ROOSTER, ANTIPAROS

First up, somewhere I’ve wanted to visit for SO long. The Rooster is a boutique hotel tucked away on the unspoilt Greek island of Antiparos, designed as a sanctuary for personal rejuvenation and connection with nature. The property has 16 private houses, each thoughtfully placed in the hills, untamed gardens, and golden sand dunes with expansive views and absolute privacy. The hotel also has its own organic farm and the food that comes out of it looks incredible.
